Looking into Murray Lecture multiple email glitch

It seems some of you received several Murray Lecture e-mails at once. Though the Murray Lecture is super important, and you should all go, the extra e-mails were the unintentional result of a software glitch I am currently investigating.

It looks like this was the confluence of a few different things that couldn’t have created this sort of problem on their own. I’ve got a quick fix in for tonight, but will test a more fleshed-out solution rigorously tomorrow.
